Managing my Overdue Payments
Australian Prudential Collection Agency accepts payments via direct debit, card and Bpay. We encourage you to set up payments via direct debit, why, because life is busy and none of us want to receive any more phone calls or emails :). You can set this up or pay directly through our self-serve portal (customer login button at the top right of the screen) or call through to one of our amazing team members who are here to assist you.
Australian Prudential Collections Agency understands that we all forget or are unable to make a payment at some point. If you will not be able to make a payment, please give us a call in advance. If you simply forgot please log into our self-serve portal (customer login button at the top right of the screen) and process your payment or call one of our amazing team.

Domestic and Family Violence: 1800 Respect is a 24-hour national, family and domestic violence counselling line for any Australian who has experienced, or is at risk of, family and domestic violence.
Mental Health: Lifeline is for anyone across Australia experiencing a personal crisis or thinking about suicide can call 13 11 14, or text 0477 13 11 14 at night (6pm-midnight AEDT). Someone will connect you with a crisis service in your state or territory.
Grief: Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement – Grief Australia provide counselling services for people experiencing loss and grief nationwide.
